In 2021, Pep Guardiola decides to sideline Sergio in the Manchester City team and, after a decade of triumphs and becoming their top goal scorer, Kun leaves the club. After several negotiations, he is transferred to Barcelona. In 2021 he manages to win the Copa América with the Argentinian national team in Brazil. He experiences a festive and laid-back atmosphere with his teammates. Sergio recalls the stark contrast with the 2016 Copa América, which ended with Leo Messi announcing his retirement from the national team. Sometime later, Sergio experiences another cardiac episode for which he must be hospitalized, finally forcing him to retire. Six months later, he is honored in Manchester as the club's greatest sporting legend.

In 2006, Sergio plays in Europe for the first time, when he is transferred to Atlético de Madrid. He will have to learn to live far from home, without family support. But this was not his only obstacle: his father's visits were disruptive, and the club's authorities had to urge him to adopt the discipline of European football. Years later, Sergio plays with the national team in the World Cup in Russia, but soon the clashes with the coach become apparent and the team’s chances fall apart. His thirst for glory takes Kun to the English league and the tension with his father grows once again when the latter proposes to intervene in the negotiation of the transfer. Although it is a period of triumphs, soon after comes the pain of the separation from his son's mother.

At only fifteen, Sergio plays for Independiente, which makes him the youngest player to debut in the first division. Shortly after, he receives an offer from Club Atlético de Madrid. Leaving his family behind weighs heavily on him, but he faces the challenge. Far from home, he falls in love and starts his own family. He becomes father to Benjamin and son-in-law of Diego Maradona. After a turbulent flight in which he fears for his life, Sergio worries about his son financial security. He decides to take charge of his own money and restrict his father’s access, which puts their relationship in dire straits. Years later, his leadership at Manchester City is at stake when Pep Guardiola takes over the team. Kun is sidelined to the bench, until Gabriel Jesus' injury brings him vindication.

1. Save the Family
No release date yet
In 2021, Sergio made the tough decision to retire from football due to a heart condition. Told with never-before-seen footage and through his retrospective testimony, the intimacy of that key moment serves to connect with the other turning point in his career: his beginning as a prodigy player at the age of ten. As his father takes him to play to four different clubs in one day, Sergio would eventually realize that his family partly relies on him for financial support. The episode also focuses on his firsts triumphs in English football by making Manchester City champion after forty-four years without winning a title; as well as his triumph in 2005 as part of the U-20 Argentinian national team along with Lionel Messi, one of his best friends to this day.
